Installation
download the installation from here:
IMa mac installation (compiled for MacOS 10.11) (if you have an older OS download this try to execute src/IMa, if that fails then do: cd src; configure; make )
or download the IMa package from https://bio.cst.temple.edu/~hey/software/software.htm
- windows: https://bio.cst.temple.edu/~hey/program_files/IMa2/IMa2_8_27_12.zip
- mac and linux: https://bio.cst.temple.edu/~hey/program_files/IMa2/ima2-8.27.12.tar.gz
Run the data file from within the directory with the binary
